  1. Pour a 24 oz of any light lager (Miller Lite® preferred) into a mixing bowl or container
  2. Add 104 oz hot water (180°-190°F) into bowl, so the liquids together equal 1 gallon.
  3. Use a wire whisk and stir water to create a vortex in bowl. Add Foothill Farms® Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix- FHFSA020002 (32.0 oz) into vortex and stir vigorously
  4. Continue stirring until the mix is completely dissolved and the cheese is smooth.
  5. Serve warm Beer Cheese immediately. Hold for service according to local health department regulators for time/temperature control.
