Loaded Nachos
This delicious recipe uses Foothill Farms® Salsa Seasoning Mix, Foothill Farms® Select Taco Seasoning Mix and Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Instant Mix.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Salsa Seasoning Mix
- 6 lbs 10 oz Diced Tomatoes, Canned
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Select Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3 1/2 qts Hot Water (180°-190°F), divided
- 8 lbs Beef/Turkey Crumbles, Fully Cooked
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Instant Mix
- 38 bags Tortilla Chips, No Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Foothill Farms® Salsa Seasoning Mix and diced tomatoes. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Set aside.
- In a separate mixing container, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Select Taco Seasoning Mix and 1 ½ qts hot water.
- Add the fully cooked beef or turkey crumbles and mix thoroughly.
- Place the seasoned crumbles into a cooking pan, cover and bake for 15-20 minutes; or until the product reaches 180°F. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Instant Mix and 1/2 gallon of hot water until smooth.
- To serve, top the tortilla chips with the meat crumbles, cheese sauce, and salsa.
