A bold, well rounded sharp cheddar sauce that delivers an authentic taste. Diced red and green bell peppers and spice add a perfect amount of heat for a bold and spicy taste trend at a good value. Mix with hot water. No boiling required.

Directions For Use
1. Pour 1/2 gallon hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container.
2. Pour mix (16 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed.
3. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.
4. Stir before using.
