Chicken Stuffing Bowl
This comfort dish uses Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavor Gravy Instant Mix and Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Stuffing Mix.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Stuffing Mix
- 6 1/2 cups Boiling Water
- 8 oz Butter
- 1 gal Boiling Water
- 1/4 cup Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavor Gravy Instant Mix - With Other Natural Flavors
- 3 oz Chicken, Diced, Cooked
- 2 tbsp Celery, Raw
- Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Stuffing and 6 1/2 cups of Boiling Water until combined.
- Add butter and mix until the butter is melted and incorporated. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavor Gravy Instant Mix and 1 gal of Boiling Water until smooth. Set aside.
- To serve, place mashed potatoes in the bowl, add a layer of prepared stuffing and top the stuffing with the diced chicken, celery, and gravy.
