Directions For Use
Gravy Yield: 1 gallon, 1 quart Gravy Mix: 1 bag, 1 cup Water: 1 gallon, 1 quart
1. Pour hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container.
2. Pour mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed.
3. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.
4. Stir before using.

Storage Information
Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to 18 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry place.
