Foothill Farms® Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Make one gallon fresh oil & vinegar based Foothill Farms® Italian Dressing Mix with the traditional blend of herbs, spices and garlic. Regular or lite dressing can be easily prepared by changing the amount of oil and following the appropriate recipe on the package.
Ingredients
Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Spice, Guar Gum, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Soybean Oil, Parsley, Contains 2% Or Less Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use
1. In large mixing bowl add contents of package to one quart of vinegar and one quart of water.
2. Mix well with electric mixer at high speed. Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon vegetable oil. Mix at high speed 2 minutes until well mixed.
3. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Optional: For a lite version of Classic Italian dressing, mix contents of package with one quart of vinegar, ½ gallon of water and one quart of vegetable oil.

Storage Information
