Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing & Seasoning Mix - Naturally & Artificially Flavored
- 1 lb. Mushrooms
- 1 8 oz package Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Bell Pepper (Brunoise cut)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Remove stems from mushrooms. Reserve the caps and cut the stems into small pieces.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix the cream cheese and Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until combined.
- Add the peppers, mushroom stems, and breadcrumbs and mix until it is well blended.
- Scoop the cream cheese and mushroom mixture into the mushroom caps.
- Place on a lightly oiled or parchment coated baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until cooked.
