  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms. Reserve the caps and cut the stems into small pieces.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, mix the cream cheese and Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until combined.
  4. Add the peppers, mushroom stems, and breadcrumbs and mix until it is well blended.
  5. Scoop the cream cheese and mushroom mixture into the mushroom caps.
  6. Place on a lightly oiled or parchment coated baking sheet.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until cooked.
