Russian-Style Dressing Mix
Put a classic twist on your menu with this Russian-Style Dressing – created using our Foothill Farms® French Dressing & Seasoning Mix. This versatile speed-scratch recipe blends the sweet, tomato-forward base of our French Dressing with a touch of prepared horseradish to deliver that signature zesty flavor your guests crave.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® French Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 3 quarts Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Chili Sauce
- 2 cups White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish (prepared)
Instructions
- To a large mixing bowl add all ingredients. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
- Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours for best flavor.
- Stir before using. Add additional vinegar if desired to reach desired thickness. Cover and store in refrigerator.
