Queso Fiesta Blend Sauce
This recipe features Foothill Farms® Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce Mix
- 64 oz Hot Water
- 2 Cups Browned Chorizo Sausage
- 6 oz Chopped Jalapenos
- 1/2 cup Prepared Salsa
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add Chorizo sausage to a skillet with ½ teaspoon of oil. Cook on medium-high until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare Foothill Farms® Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce according to bag instructions.
- Add browned chorizo, chopped jalapenos, and prepared salsa. Stir until blended. Simmer for 15 Mins.
- Remove from heat and add the following while stirring cheese sauce. Chopped cilantro and lime juice.
- Keep warm before serving.
