Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 4 slices Brioche Bread, Cubed and Toasted
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 4 cups Prepared Condensed Tomato Soup
- 4 cups Superior Melt™ Yellow Queso Cheese Sauce Mix
- Scallions, Finely Chopped
Instructions
- Combine prepared tomato soup and prepared Foothill Farms® Superior Melt™ Yellow Queso Cheese Sauce in a saucepan and heat on low until serving temperature.
- In a sauté pan heat on low & toss toasted brioche cubes and melted butter until coated. Set aside for garnish.
- Place finished soup in serving bowl.
- Add toasted brioche bread cubes and chopped scallions on top as garnish.
- Serve immediately.
