Thai Ranch Dressing
Drizzle your Asian inspired salads with this easy to prepare dressing. This recipe uses Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix - 18 / 3.20 oz
- 1/2 gal Buttermilk
- 1/2 gal Mayonnaise
- 2 cups Thai Spice Blend (paste)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix and buttermilk until combined.
- Add the mayonnaise and Thai Spice Blend and continue mixing until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Refrigerate 3-4 hours to thicken the dressing.
- Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
