Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the Foothill Farms® Salsa Seasoning Mix and diced tomatoes. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix - No MSG and buttermilk.
3. Add the mayonnaise and continue mixing until smooth, about 2 minutes.
4. Add 1 quart of the prepared salsa to the ranch mixture and mix until combined. Set aside.
5. In a separate mixing container, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Select Taco Seasoning Mix and hot water.
6. Add the beef crumbles and mix thoroughly.
7. Place the seasoned crumbles into a cooking pan, cover and bake in a 400°F convection oven for 15-20 minutes; or until the product reaches 180°F. Set aside.
8. In a transparent 20 oz cup with lid, layer the following items in order: 2 tbsp Salsa Ranch Dressing, 1/8 cup onion, 1/8 cup salsa, 2 oz taco meat, and 1 oz cheese. Lettuce goes on top so dressing will not wilt it. Cover with lid.
9. When ready to eat, open lid and turn over onto a plate. Salad is completely prepared with lettuce on bottom and dressing on top.
