Raspberry Italian Vinaigrette
A crisp and refreshing on-trend dressing great for summer salads made with Foothill Farms® Lido Italian Dressing & Seasoning Mix.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Raspberries, Thawed or Fresh
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Lido Italian Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Cold Water
- 1 qt White Distilled Vinegar
- 2.5 qts Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the Foothill Farms® Lido Italian Dressing & Seasoning Mix, sugar, and water until combined.
- Scrape down the sides of bowl, then continue to mix while slowly pouring in the vinegar, vegetable oil. Continue to mix briskly for another three minutes.
- Add in the pureed raspberries and honey and mix until combined.
