Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Brown Gravy Instant Mix
- 1 gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
- 12 lbs French Fries, cooked
- 48 oz Fresh Cheese Curds
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Brown Gravy Instant Mix and water until the mix is dissolved and the gravy is smooth.
- To serve, place 6 oz of fries on a plate and top with 4 oz of gravy and 2 oz of fresh cheese curds.
