Garden Salad Cup with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix - No MSG
- 3 qts Buttermilk
- 1 qt Mayonnaise, Reduced Calorie
- 1/2 cup Broccoli, Raw, Chopped
- 2 tbsp Raw Carrots, Shredded
- 2 tbsp Diced Tomatoes, Canned
- 1 large Egg, Hard-Boiled, Sliced
- 1 1/4 cups Spring Lettuce
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix - No MSG and buttermilk.
- Add the mayonnaise and continue mixing until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Stir before using.
- In a transparent 20 oz cup with lid, layer the following items in order: 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and egg. Lettuce goes on top so dressing will not wilt it. Cover with lid.
- When ready to eat, open lid and turn over onto a plate. Salad is completely prepared with lettuce on bottom and dressing on top.
