Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 Bag Foothill Farms® Cobbler Mix
- 2/3 cup Dutch-Process Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 Eggs, Large
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Molasses
- 2 tsp White Vinegar
- 8 tbsp Butter, Unsalted, Melted
- 1/4 cup Pearl Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a standard muffin pan with paper or silicone cup liners or grease the cup mold in the pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Cobbler Mix, cocoa, flour, and chocolate chips. Set aside.
- In a separate medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, molasses, vinegar, and butter.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pan.
- Sprinkle with pearl sugar.
- Bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and cool for about 15 minutes.
