Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups Cold Water
- 4 cups Vinegar, White, Distilled
- 11 cups Vegetable Oil, Divided
- 1 cup Chipotle Chile, Canned, Pureed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix, water, vinegar and 3 cups of vegetable oil on high speed for about three minutes.
- Scrape down the sides of bowl, then continue to mix while slowly pouring in the remaining vegetable oil and pureed chipotle chiles. Continue to mix at high speed for another three minutes.
