Introduction to a world of Cuban-style flavor is easy with Foothill Farms® Picadillo Seasoning & Vegetable Mix. Traditional Cuban-inspired dish that is similar to hash, it's often served with rice or used as a filling in tacos or inside a bun. The seasoning is a complex blend of onion, red and green bell peppers, garlic and spices. Simply add seasoning to ground beef (chicken or turkey) and tomato sauce.

Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Garlic, Green Bell Pepper), Sugar, Salt, Spice, Garlic Powder, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar, Modified Food Starch), Soybean Oil.

Directions For Use
1. Brown 10 lbs ground beef (80/20). Do not drain.
2. Stir in contents of seasoning pouch (10 oz) and cook for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add ten-8 oz cans of unseasoned tomato sauce and stir until well blended.
4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
