Bacon Horseradish Cheese Spread
This Bacon Horseradish Cheese Spread is a delightful blend of Foothill Farms® Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce Mix, smoky bacon, and zesty horseradish.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce Mix
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 6 Tbsp. Horseradish, prepared
- 2 tsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Irish White Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
- 1 Scallion, sliced
- 8 slices Bacon, diced and cooked
Instructions
- Pour ½ gallon of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container.
- Slowly pour Foothill Farms® Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce Mix (2 lbs.) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.
- Refrigerate overnight until firm and set.
- Remove 12 oz. of cold prepared cheese sauce for the recipe.
- In a standup mixer, mix cream cheese, 12oz prepared Foothill Farms® Superior Melt™ White Queso Cheese Sauce, horseradish, white balsamic vinegar, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and whip on high speed for 6 minutes until smooth. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
